Lake Leelanau man arrested on bench warrant

Leelanau County Sheriff's deputies arrested Juan P. Gonzalez at his home Tuesday.  A District Court bench warrant was recently issued for his arrest for unpaid fines and costs from a 2010 Domestic Violence 2nd Offense conviction.

Gonzalez, 37, will serve 30 days if he is unable to pay the $1256 owed to the court.  The jail count is at 31 today.
