The Leelanau County Sheriff's Office responded to a business burglary in Elmwood Township. Deputies responded to an alarm at Korner Gem store at 13031 S. Fisherman Cove in Elmwood Township. Upon arrival deputies found an east side window that was damaged. The building was checked and no one was found inside. The initial investigation found that nothing was missing from inside the business.
A Traverse City Police K-9 Team checked the area for possible suspects but none were found. The investigation is continuing.
