Probationer detained for violation

Martin R. Roman, 27, Northport, was arrested Thursday.  He registered a positive reading during a court ordered daily preliminary breath test.  Roman is on probation for an arrest for Operating While Intoxicated.

Parolee lodged for violation

Christian B. Andrews, 42, Lake Leelanau, was lodged Thursday for a 3 day detainer after violating on of his parole conditions.  He is on parole for Operating While Intoxicated Third Offense.
