Man Jailed for Failing Drug Court
Terrance P. Weber was jailed for contempt of court after failing drug court. Weber, 57, of Traverse City was arrested for Operating while Intoxicated in Solon Township in March, 2012. He had breath tests of .18 & .19 and pleaded guilty to 3rd Offense OWI. Weber was sentenced in drug court but did not successfully complete probation. He will be re-sentenced in Circuit Court. Michelle A. Johns, 28, turned herself in to authorities Wednesday on a Tribal Contempt of Court warrant. The drug court warrant was issued for failure to appear for drug testing stemming from an original drug possession charge.
