Northport man arrested for felony

A 53 year old Northport man was arrested at his home at 5:53 pm yesterday.  A felony aggravated stalking warrant was issued by the Prosecutor's office after review of a report that the man was contacting the protected party in violation of a personal protection order. Aggravated stalking is punishable by up to 5 years incarceration, and a $10,000 fine.  He remains lodged without bond pending a court appearance.
